How far in advance do I need to book?
We recommend booking between January and March if you need accommodation. For a guided tour only, it is sufficient to book one month in advance.
Can I enter by bus if I am a tour operator?
Buses and minibuses are not allowed; only Sprinter or Urban type vans are allowed. If you arrive by bus, you can hire van transportation at an additional cost and upon prior reservation.
I want to go but I don't have a car, how could I do it?
You can arrive in Nanacamilpa, Tlaxcala before 6:00 p.m. From there, there are taxis that can take you to our facilities in the forest.
What time do you recommend I arrive at the place?

How long does the firefly tour last?
The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.
Are there refunds if the fireflies don't come out?
There are no refunds if there is no sighting due to natural factors such as weather, moonlight, or temperature. In cases of extreme bad weather, the hike may be cancelled for safety reasons.
